The City of Bisbee has introduced the Citizen Request Tracker, a tool that allows residents to report general concerns, comments, or compliments. Users with an account can also log in to monitor the progress of their submitted reports. The city encourages community members to learn more about how the Citizen Request Tracker works.

Bisbee is located in Cochise County, Arizona, within the Mule Mountains and is known for its historical mining heritage. The city gained recognition as the “Queen of the Copper Camps” after significant copper ore deposits were discovered in 1877, which led to rapid growth and prosperity over nearly a century. This history remains central to Bisbee’s identity as both an artist community and tourism destination, drawing visitors interested in its cultural and natural assets (https://www.bisbeeaz.gov/2174/Bisbee-History).

According to the official website, Bisbee values its multicultural character and aims to maintain a safe, family-oriented environment while promoting economic growth and preserving its historical features (https://www.bisbeeaz.gov/2335/Mayor-and-Council). The city operates under a Council-Manager form of government established by charter in 1902. In this structure, policy decisions are made by the Mayor and Council who also appoint a City Manager (https://www.bisbeeaz.gov/2152/City-Manager).

The Citizen Request Tracker reflects Bisbee’s commitment to responsive local governance and community engagement.
