Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed a range of topics on his social media account, including holiday greetings, recognition of national achievements, and updates on tax legislation impacting his constituents.
On April 1, 2026, Ciscomani extended well-wishes to those observing Passover in Arizona. In his message he wrote: “Wishing all those celebrating Passover across Arizona a meaningful and joyful holiday. May it be filled with peace, good health, and time with loved ones. Chag Sameach!”
Later that day, Ciscomani commented on the Artemis II mission launch by NASA. He posted: “A powerful moment for our country as Artemis II takes flight. Proud to see American innovation on full display with this mission. Grateful for the dedicated @NASA team and the incredible crew carrying this effort forward.
Praying for their successful mission in the days ahead!” (April 1, 2026).
On April 2, 2026, Ciscomani highlighted the local effects of recent tax legislation in his district: “ICYMI: AZ06 is already feeling the impact of the Working Families Tax Cuts Act.
From employees receiving tax deductions of over $1,000 and keeping more of their paychecks to small business owners getting needed support, this tax season is shaping up to deliver BIG savings.”
Juan Ciscomani began representing Arizona’s 6th district in Congress after replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He was elected following victories over Kirsten Engel in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections.
He won by a narrow margin each time—receiving about half of the votes cast (in 2024, he won with 50% compared to Engel’s 47.5%; in 2022, he secured victory with just over half). Born in Hermosillo, Mexico in 1982 and now residing in Tucson,
Ciscomani graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA degree in 2005.
He has served as congressman for Arizona’s sixth district since January 2023.
