Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of tweets between October 8 and October 9, 2025, addressing recent political events, community engagement, and international developments.

On October 8, Ciscomani commented on a recent exchange involving the Speaker of the House by stating, “If your definition of a ‘conversation’ is having your partisan talking points called out and corrected by the Speaker of the House — yes, it was some conversation!”

Later that day, he highlighted his team’s participation in a local event: “Last night, my team joined National Night Out in Sierra Vista, hosted by the Sierra Vista Police Department. They brought together law enforcement and fire agencies from around the state. Thank you Chief Hiser for your leadership to bring together different agencies and the” (October 8).

On October 9, Ciscomani addressed international affairs with appreciation for recent progress in Middle East diplomacy: “Thank you @POTUS! The release of hostages and progress toward a lasting peace deal is a historic first step to ending the war between Hamas and Israel and a huge win for American leadership and Israel’s security. Laura and I are praying for the swift return of the remaining”.

Juan Ciscomani began representing Arizona’s 6th district in Congress after succeeding Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He secured his seat by defeating Kirsten Engel in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections; in 2024 he won with 50% of the vote compared to Engel’s 47.5%, while his margin was slightly higher in 2022 at just over half a percentage point more than Engel.
