Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, shared updates this week on legislative efforts, local achievements, and discussions with agricultural leaders through a series of posts on his social media account.
On December 11, 2025, Ciscomani highlighted his testimony before a congressional committee: “Testified today before a @NatResources hearing on my bill, the Chiricahua National Park Act (H.R. 6380). Redesignating Chiricahua National Monument as a national park will honor its history, boost tourism, and support rural Arizona. The Chiricahuas deserve this recognition.”
The following day, December 12, he recognized the accomplishments of high school cadets: “Proud to honor 28 NJROTC cadets from Cienega, Andrada, Empire, and Mica Mountain high schools who competed at the Area 20 “Stars & Stripes” Field Meet in El Paso. Under Commander Brewer, they earned impressive awards and represented their schools exceptionally!”
Later that same day, Ciscomani posted about a meeting with agricultural representatives: “Great to sit down with @azfb to discuss how we can address critical issues in the new year: workforce shortages, livestock health threats, & the ongoing Colorado River drought. Proud to stand with the farmers and ranchers – including Graham County’s own Ben Menges – from AZ06!”
Juan Ciscomani has served in Congress since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He secured his seat after defeating Kirsten Engel in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections.
