Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted several updates on social media regarding legislative efforts, community recognition, and international events.On December 12, 2025, Ciscomani highlighted his participation in a House Commerce hearing where he discussed two pieces of legislation he authored. In his post, he stated:

“I spoke today during the @HouseCommerce hearing on two of my bills:H.R. 1598, my Ensuring Access to Medicaid Buy-in Programs Act, which would ensure working adults with disabilities can keep essential Medicaid benefits.H.R. 2902, my SOAR Act, which would improve access to https://t.co/dp06BeXH2v”

.The following day, December 13, Ciscomani acknowledged the anniversary of the National Guard with a message directed at service members. He wrote:

“Honoring the @USNationalGuard on its birthday today. Thank you to all our guardsmen — including the incredible airmen of Tucson’s 162nd Air National Guard. Your dedication, sacrifice, and steadfast service keep our communities safe and our nation strong. Grateful for all who https://t.co/uYtznWecag”

.On December 15, he addressed an incident overseas involving violence during a Hanukkah gathering in Bondi, Australia. His post read:

“Laura and I are heartbroken by the violent attack in Bondi, Australia, during a gathering marking the first night of Hanukkah. Antisemitism has no place in our world. We pray for the victims, their families, and the Jewish community, and stand in solidarity with them.”

Juan Ciscomani assumed office as representative for Arizona’s 6th district in 2023 after succeeding Ann Kirkpatrick.

Juan Ciscomani is currently serving in the U.S. Congress, representing Arizona’s 6th district. He replaced previous U.S Congress member Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023.

He won his seat by defeating Kirsten Engel both in the 2022 general election—receiving approximately 50.7% of votes—and again in the closely contested race of 2024.

– In 2024, Juan Ciscomani defeated Kirsten Engel in the general election with a margin of roughly three percentage points.- In 2022, Juan Ciscomani also prevailed over Engel by about one percentage point.
