Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently posted a series of messages on social media highlighting his efforts to support rural communities in Arizona and expressing condolences for a local community leader.
On November 6, 2025, Ciscomani announced his leadership in a bipartisan initiative aimed at ensuring equitable healthcare funding for Arizona’s rural areas. He wrote, “Proud to lead a bipartisan letter urging @CMSGov to ensure Arizona gets its fair share of the Rural Health Transformation Program created by the Working Class Tax Cuts Act. Later that day, he reiterated his commitment to bipartisanship with another post: “Proud to work across the aisle to fight for Arizona’s rural communities.” (November 7, 2025).
In a separate message on November 7, 2025, Ciscomani expressed condolences over the death of Stu Carter, an Air Force veteran and community advocate. He stated, “Saddened to learn of the passing of Stu Carter — a proud Air Force veteran, devoted cyclist, and tireless advocate for others. Through VeloVets and his work across Sierra Vista, Stu uplifted countless lives. Laura and I are praying for his wife Anne and all who loved him.”
Juan Ciscomani has served as the representative for Arizona’s 6th district since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He secured his seat by defeating Kirsten Engel in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections.
