Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared a series of posts highlighting his engagement with first responders, youth programs, and agricultural leaders across Southern Arizona.
On March 14, 2026, Ciscomani acknowledged the dedication of local emergency personnel by stating: “Across AZ06, men and women put service above self to protect our families and neighborhoods. Grateful for their sacrifice and proud to stand with them in Green Valley this morning to show our appreciation and recognize our first responders.”
Later that day, he emphasized the importance of youth leadership programs after meeting with cadets from Davis-Monthan Air Force Base: “Great to visit earlier today with the Civil Air Patrol cadets from Davis-Monthan AFB. Programs like this are shaping the next generation of leaders through aviation, discipline, and service. Proud to see such outstanding young people right here in Southern Arizona.”
On March 16, 2026, Ciscomani reported on discussions held with USDA Undersecretary Dudley Hoskins and regional agriculture stakeholders: “Great to host @USDA Undersecretary Dudley Hoskins & have a robust discussion in Marana with local ag leaders. Agriculture – pistachios, cotton, cattle, & more – is a cornerstone of our economy. I’ll keep working in Congress to support our farmers, ranchers, & rural communities.”
Ciscomani has served as the representative for Arizona’s 6th district since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He was born in Hermosillo, Mexico in 1982 and resides in Tucson. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s degree in 2005.
The congressman secured his seat after defeating Kirsten Engel both in 2022 and again during the closely contested general election of 2024.
