Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates on his official activities and legislative actions through a series of posts on social media.

On December 8, 2025, Ciscomani described the conclusion of a Congressional trip to Nigeria, stating: “Wrapping up a productive bipartisan Congressional visit to Nigeria with a few of my colleagues from the House Appropriations Committee on behalf of the American people. We met with government officials, faith leaders, victims displaced from their communities, and those working”.

Two days later, on December 10, he marked an anniversary for a county in his district by posting: “Proud to celebrate Pinal County’s 150th birthday on the House Floor. Founded in 1875, it has grown from its mining roots into a thriving hub of agriculture, innovation, and fast-growing communities. Its landscapes and history are unmatched. Proud to represent Pinal County.”

Later that same day, Ciscomani commented on legislative matters concerning national defense: “Today, I voted YES on the FY26 NDAA, a critical investment in our national defense:
Delivers a 3.8% pay raise for our troops and better benefits for military families
Strengthens US defense manufacturing jobs
Fully funds key tools to support border security efforts”
.

Juan Ciscomani began representing Arizona’s 6th district in Congress after succeeding Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. He secured his seat by defeating Kirsten Engel in both the 2022 and 2024 general elections; in 2024 he won with approximately 50% of the vote compared to Engel’s 47.5%, while his margin was slightly higher in the previous cycle.
