Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently highlighted key moments and recognitions on his official social media account.
On April 14, 2026, Ciscomani posted about a legislative achievement honoring a local leader: “Walking off the House floor just now after my bill to honor Mayor Ed Honea of Marana passed — a proud moment for Southern Arizona. Mayor Honea was a true American hero who left a lasting mark on AZ-06, and I’m grateful my colleagues joined me in recognizing his legacy.”
Later that day, he recognized members of the Air Force Reserve: “The Air Force Reserve is a vital force behind our nation’s strength, made up of roughly 65,000 dedicated men and women who balance civilian careers with service and sacrifice to our great nation. Today, we recognize these outstanding Americans. Happy Birthday, @USAFReserve! “ (April 14, 2026).
On April 15, 2026, Ciscomani congratulated Michelle Steel on her new diplomatic appointment: “Congratulations to my former colleague Michelle Steel on her selection as the next U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Korea. Michelle truly embodies the American Dream, having served Orange County in Congress and now set to represent American strength abroad.”
Juan Ciscomani has represented Arizona’s 6th District since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in Congress in 2023. He won closely contested elections against Kirsten Engel in both 2022 and 2024. Born in Hermosillo, Mexico in 1982 and residing in Tucson today, Ciscomani earned his BA from the University of Arizona in 2005.
