Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, acknowledged the contributions of military spouses, local interns, and educators in a series of posts on May 8, 2026.
In a message posted at 15:02 UTC, Ciscomani recognized the sacrifices made by families of service members, stating: “Today we recognize the spouses who also serve our country in a very meaningful way by standing by our active duty service members! Your devotion on the home front allows our heroes to serve with courage. We are truly grateful for you. “
Later that day, at 17:53 UTC, he expressed appreciation for his district office interns: “Our bright, talented District interns in our Tucson office serve AZ-06 and support our local community every day! Thank you Carly, Isabella, Karla, Sarah, Connor, and Mei for your invaluable contributions this semester! #TeamCiscomani “
At 20:57 UTC on the same day, Ciscomani marked National Teacher Appreciation Week with a message to educators: “Our teachers and educators are a true pillar of our local communities, working tirelessly to shape the next generation in AZ06. Happy National Teacher Appreciation Week to all those making a difference with our students! “
