Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, announced on December 30, 2025, that several of his legislative initiatives passed the House with bipartisan support.

On his official account, Ciscomani wrote: ” I was proud to see one of my border security bills PASS the House with bipartisan support: H.R. 35, the Agent Raul Gonzalez Officer Safety Act, which honors a fallen Border Patrol agent and cracks down on high-speed chases.” (December 30, 2025).

He also highlighted another bill focused on veterans’ services: ” This year, the House also passed my bill, H.R. 3579, the Veterans Readiness and Employment Program Integrity Act, which would strengthen accountability and integrity in the Veterans Readiness & Employment Program so veterans can successfully transition to meaningful civilian” (December 30, 2025).

Additionally, Ciscomani referenced legislation aimed at supporting families of veterans: ” Supporting veterans and their families is personal. That’s why I worked to pass H.R. 1228, the Prioritizing Veterans’ Survivors Act, ensuring veterans’ survivors receive the care, dignity, and priority they’ve earned through their loved one’s service. Proud to see unanimous” (December 30, 2025).

Juan Ciscomani began serving as representative for Arizona’s 6th district in January 2023 after replacing Ann Kirkpatrick. He secured this seat by defeating Kirsten Engel in both the November 2022 election—winning by a margin of approximately one percentage point—and again in a subsequent contest in November 2024.
