Later that day, Ciscomani addressed health issues facing Hispanic seniors and highlighted bipartisan legislative efforts during remarks to the National Hispanic Council on Aging (NHCOA). He stated: “Honored to speak to the @NHCOA this week. Our Hispanic seniors face unique health challenges, and I’m proud to support bipartisan efforts like the Elizabeth Dole Act to help our older veterans and advocate for issues like stronger caregiver support and lung cancer research!” (December 11, 2025).
In another post that evening, Ciscomani announced his participation in a House Committee on Natural Resources subcommittee hearing regarding his proposed Chiricahua National Park Act (H.R. 6380). The bill aims to designate Chiricahua National Monument as Chiricahua National Park. He wrote: “HAPPENING NOW: I am speaking before the House Committee on @NatResources for a Subcmte. hearing to discuss my Chiricahua National Park Act (H.R. 6380), a bill that would designate Chiricahua National Monument as Chiricahua National Park.” (December 11, 2025).
Juan Ciscomani has represented Arizona’s 6th district since replacing Ann Kirkpatrick in 2023. In both the 2022 and 2024 general elections, he narrowly defeated Kirsten Engel for his seat.
