Congressman Juan Ciscomani, who represents Arizona’s 6th district in the U.S. Congress, recently recognized 32 veterans from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force across all five counties in his district with the Veteran Servant Leader Award.

On November 18, 2025, Ciscomani wrote on his official X account: ” Honored to present 32 veterans from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force, representing all 5 counties in our district, with the Veteran Servant Leader Award. The ongoing service from these veterans to our community, long after they have worn the uniform, is inspiring.”

He followed up by naming individual awardees in subsequent posts. On November 18, he stated: “Veteran Servant Leader Awardees: Micholjon Amado, U.S. Marine Corps, and Don Shepperd, U.S. Air Force and Air National Guard https://t.co/6pvjOoMPdn”. Another post read: “Veteran Servant Leader Awardees: Donna Breitenfeld, U.S. Army, and Bernardo Castillo, Arizona Army National Guard https://t.co/JiQhbktE7T”.
