Regular gas was sold at the lowest price of $2.59 per gallon at two gas stations in Santa Cruz County during the week ending Jan. 31, according to customer reports submitted to GasBuddy.

Of the 23 reported gas stations in cities within Santa Cruz County, 13 offered regular gas.
Statewide, regular gas averaged $2.96 per gallon for the week ending Jan. 31, up from the previous week.
