Of the 111 people living in East Verde Estates CDP in 2019, 54.1 percent (60) were women and 45.9 percent (51) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the SE Arizona News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 15-to-14. In the 65 and over age range, there were 46 females and 36 males.
