The longlist of books for the 2022 PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction, America’s most prestigious peer-juried literary prize, was announced

Douglas Public Library issued the following announcement on Feb. 2.

The longlist of books for the 2022 PEN/Faulkner Award for Fiction, America’s most prestigious peer-juried literary prize, was announced. The longlist includes the following ten titles:

Radiant Fugitives by Nawaaz Ahmed

The Wrong End of the Telescope by Rabih Alameddine

A Play for the End of the World by Jai Chakrabarti

The President and the Frog by Carolina de Robertis

The Trees by Percival Everett

Dear Miss Metropolitan by Carolyn Ferrell

My Monticello by Jocelyn Nicole Johnson

Intimacies by Katie Kitamura

How Beautiful We Were by Imbolo Mbue

Chouette by Claire Oshetsky
