Join us on our historic picnic grounds for an afternoon of folk music on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 2 pm to 4 pm for the Ted Ramirez Concert Series Presents: Ted Ramirez and RISO featuring Matt and Rebekah Rolland and Thorger Lund!
Teodoro "Ted" Ramirez is a Southwest folk musician with an original music style and sound. His music is a celebration of Southwestern life and culture. His repertoire is a mixture of original music, classic Mexican folk songs and American folk ballads. His sound is beautiful and powerful.
Matt & Rebekah Rolland (formally "Run-Boy-Run") now perform as the trio "Riso" with Thoger Lund on bass. Matt & Rebekah have twice been featured guests artists on the popular radio show, "A Prairie Home Companion". They have participated in the artist-in-residence program for the National Parks Centennial and collaborated on seven studio albums.
Their music has been described as “a slice of folk perfection” by Americana UK and honored as one of Pop Matters’ top three ‘Best Folk Albums of the Year’.
B.Y.O.C (Bring Your Own Chair). Tickets are $25 (there is a $5 per ticket cancellation fee if credit card payment is made prior to the concert and a refund is needed).
Children 6 and under are free.
