Our city has become famous for local haunts, with the historic jail, train depot, and numerous other buildings luring paranormal investigators and ghost hunters from across the world seeking signs of the afterlife. May 14 brings a ‘Ghosts of Globe Paracon” (paranormal conference) featuring a day filled with guest speakers authors and psychics - vendor opportunities, tours of the 1910 Gila Jail -- and nighttime ghost-hunter events featuring a special midnight four-hour VIP investigation led by celebrity headliners, includes equipment and instruction from  10 pm - 2 am. Celebrity headliner guests will present compelling speeches and research for both the skeptic and believer. Tickets are $60 for VIP all-access passes including all workshops and lectures, a ghost tour of the 1910 Gila County Jail, a  meet-and-greet, the intense four-hour VIP ghost hunt led by celebrity headliners from 10 pm - 2 am

and a chance to win your own ghost hunting meter ($40 value).
