Santa Cruz County announces Logic and Accuracy Test for voting equipment

Notice has been given by the Santa Cruz County Elections Department regarding the upcoming Logic and Accuracy Test of voting equipment. This test is scheduled for October 7, 2024, at 8:15 a.m. It will take place at the Santa Cruz County Complex, located at 2150 N. Congress Drive, room 205 (second floor), Nogales, Arizona. The event is open to the public and will continue until completion.

The test is in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 16-449 and is intended to ensure the proper functioning of voting equipment for the General Election on November 5, 2024. Those seeking further information can contact Santa Cruz County Elections at (520)375-7808.

"De acuerdo con los Estatutos Revisados de Arizona § 16-449, por lo presente se notifica que la Prueba de Lógica y Precisión del equipo de votación que se utilizará durante la Elección General, del 5 de noviembre de 2024 se llevará a cabo el lunes7 de octubre de 2024 a las 8:15 a.m. y la prueba permanecerá abierta hasta que se complete."
