Cochise College issued the following announcement on Jan. 13.
Applications for thousands of dollars in scholarships are now being accepted.
Maximize your chances by applying by March 31. Start at the Financial Aid Office website and consider these suggestions:
1. Visit the Financial Aid Office or https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa and complete your FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) by March 31. You’re automatically considered for thousands of dollars in need-based scholarships. Cochise College’s school code is 001072.
2. Internal Scholarships – Go to the scholarship webpage and explore the list of Cochise College scholarships worth approximately $400,000. You’ll find applications for the 2022-23 Erwin Fry Foundation Scholarship and many other opportunities offered by the Cochise College Foundation and other organizations. Be sure to upload all required documents, and stay tuned for reminders to complete your FAFSA application.
3. External Scholarships – Review the opportunities on the scholarship webpage.
