The Gila County Assessor's Office reminds property owners that the 2023 Notice of Value were mailed on February 28, 2022., and that the Petition for Review of Real Property Valuation must be filed within 60 days from the date the Assessor mailed the Notice of Value.
This year, the deadline to file an appeal of the 2023 Full Cash Value (FCV) is April 29, 2022. The Assessor’s Office must answer all NOV appeals on or before August 15, 2022.
