Cochise County Court Administration is always striving to provide the best possible access to justice to the people of Cochise County, and a new Satellite Self-Help Center in Sierra Vista will provide an additional resource for pro se (self-represented) litigants in the area.
The Satellite Self-Help Center includes a supply of the most frequently requested forms and packets with quick and easy access to any individual who wishes to grab the forms/packets and go. The new space also provides a room with a desk and chairs and access to a computer and printer allowing an individual to research, fill out and print forms and ability to conduct case law research.
⚖ Deputy Court Administrator, Niltza Flores said “This is very exciting for us! It shows the continued dedication we have to our pro se litigants in our County, and expansion of access to justice.”
The space will be open during business hours and the Law Library Coordinator will also be able to offer assistance by phone at 520-432-8513.
