The County has announced its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 11.23% for contracts and agreements funded by the Federal Aviation Administration. This target is set for the federal fiscal years 2025 through 2027. The County anticipates achieving this goal entirely through Race and Gender Neutral (RN) participation, with no reliance on Race and Gender Conscious (RC) measures.

An in-person consultation is scheduled for November 12, 2024, at 3:00 PM. It will take place in the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors Meeting Room at 2150 North Congress Drive, Room 120, Nogales, AZ. The meeting aims to gather input from stakeholders relevant to the goal-setting process. Mary Dahl can be contacted for more information regarding this consultation.

The County will accept comments on the DBE goal for a period of 30 days from the date of this notice. Comments can be directed to Mary Dahl at Special Projects via phone at (520) 375-7681 or email at mdahl@santacruzcountyaz.gov. Correspondence can also be sent to Santa Cruz County's address at 2150 N. Congress Drive, Nogales, AZ.
