City of Maricopa issued the following announcement on July 12.
We know the City was hit hard with this last storm. In conjunction with the City's campaign to Keep Maricopa Beautiful we wanted to give some resources for proper dumping. We're extending the hours of the Maricopa Waste Disposal Center. It will be open for landscape debris this week starting Wednesday through Saturday from 8:00am – 2pm.

We also recommend contacting your HOAs for any contracted bulk service pickup services they may offer. Waste Management's Butterfield Station Landfill is also available (details can be found here: http://ow.ly/SsFK50Fuqnq).
