FOIA Request Sent to Greenlee County Regarding Pre-Election Voting Machine Test Reports on October 30, 2024

A Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was sent to Greenlee County, Arizona on October 30, 2024 by SE Arizona News. The media organization sought detailed reports on the pre-election testing of voting machines under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101 et seq.

The request specifically asked for records in a PDF format containing the following information: the date of the test, the manufacturer of the machine, the model number of the machine, and whether each machine passed or failed its test.
