The City of Safford has an assistance program called Give from the Heart.
This program is designed to assist Senior Citizens who are 62 or older, on a fixed or limited income, and meet additional eligibility criteria. Interested citizens can stop by our City of Safford Citizen Service Utility Office located at 717 W Main Street, Safford, Arizona. Alternatively, individuals wishing to contribute to the program can donate $1.00 or more by checking a box on their utility bill.
