SE Arizona News, a media organization committed to providing comprehensive and accurate news coverage on local governmental affairs, has sent a request under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101 et seq. The request is for records pertaining to the candidates running in the upcoming election.
The specific information requested includes the first, middle, and last names of all candidates. In addition, SE Arizona News has asked for details about the office each candidate is running for and their jurisdiction. The party affiliation of each candidate is also requested.
Furthermore, SE Arizona News has asked for all contact information for each candidate. This includes their address, phone number, and email address.
