The Board of Supervisors met during a regular Board meeting to discuss and approve several agenda items.
Among those items, the Board approved a number of funding grants and agreements necessary for the expansion of services offered to County residents. Federal and State grants and various organization agreements are greatly beneficial to the County as they often provide County departments with additional funding needed for specific programs and initiatives.

- Intergovernmental agreement (IGA) between the Arizona Department of Health Services and Cochise Health and Social Services will increase funding amount for the STD control services program.
- Subaward agreement between Southeastern Arizona Governments Organization (SEAGO) and Cochise Health and Social Services for the Area Agency on Aging (AAA) program will provide funding for case management services to both care recipients and unpaid family caregivers. Learn more about SEAGO AAA.
