Legal Services for Crime Victims in Arizona.
This law creates a lifetime no contact injunction for victims of certain sexual, dangerous, and serious crimes when there has been a conviction. The training will discuss the procedural processes to obtain the injunction, service issues, and other important insights into how to effectively assist victims in obtaining the lifetime injunction.
